"Room was clean. Building was a bit sketchy. Great access to the beach. Was fine for the one night before heading to the airport."

"The unit was clean and well maintained. The bathroom needs a little updating, but the rest of the unit was recently renovated. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, etc, but lack of salt and pepper, napkins, paper towels makes it less functional than it could be. The location is near the water and restaurants, easy walking distance to both. If you rent a car, parking is a little more difficult and a few blocks away. Parking and traffic is probably worse in the high season. There is apparently a bus to Palermo, we drove a rental car, and the traffic there is horrendous. The one big disappointment is that the city is renovating the Central Square where the fountain was located in the photos. Instead of a nice open area with direct access to the waterfront, the entire area is blocked off with 10 ft high steel fencing and there is heavy construction equipment working there starting at 7:00 a.m. on weekdays. The host obviously cannot control this, but it should be disclosed before rental is finalized. This construction apparently is going to go on until 2027. "Great hotel. Will stay again when I’m in Mondello. Only complaint is the dinner. The menu said one thing & I got nothing remotely close to what I ordered. Service is phenomenal for every aspect of the stay. "

"Lorenzo and the property was amazing! Great Location and easy check in process with 24/7 check in/security counter. The rooms were spacious each with own bathroom and shower, nice kitchen, and large hangout deck connected to kitchen. Depending on if you book all 3 rooms or just one you will have access to the deck and kitchen.You can walk to anywhere in mondello from here to all that mondello has to offer and even has direct access to bus transportation stop for further travel into Palermo City if needed. Also property is right beside Nature reserve park by the Sea so great for walks as well.Even with our weather hiccups and extra night stay, Lorenzo was very helpful and accommodating and I'll definitely recommend and stay at this property again!Grazie Mille for everything!"
