"We went from a king suite to a larger twin suite upgrade. The staff came moving the two beds into one but was a bit reluctant to add a topper till we insisted. The quilt was also not changed and we kept having two double quilts for the entire stay - a bit weird but not uncomfortable. I was just a bit surprised as this is below Hyatt standard. Everything else was pretty pleasant - they provided kids slippers & toiletries which were very cute. The room size was great and location was also top notch - every convenient to go everywhere. "

Very hot at night and I had to open the window, still it is hot and stuffy. Location is good very centralised with all the shopping centres within walking distance. Metro station is far."
