Fabulous staff and location near the Wenshu monastery. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also spoke good English and had great breakfast and dinner options. I've already decided to stay here when I come back to Chengdu in a few months time

Brilliant stay

Stayed at this brilliant hotel for a month. I love the staff they are all so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and the restaurant also did really nice food. The location do the hotel is a positive too, lots of things to do locally and close to the metro. Great stay made even better by great staff.

The hotel is easily accessible. The location is great, just about 150m away from Wenshu monastery, and many dining options available especially for vegetarian. The room is clean and the best part is the heater which works very effectively. The only negative part is the charges on the laundry which is not free. RMB15 for washing and 25 for drying. The staffs are friendly and they can help to keep the delivery orders and luggage keeping. Overall, it is a good stay!

I don't know about pets. Amazing area. Very well thought out setup. Perfect for single traveler or couple. I liked it better than the Shangri la to be honest. It's definitely on the cozier side but very well thought out and clean. Free included breakfast had good 混沌汤 or other Chinese breakfast of choice and their espresso was better than other hotels out Starbucks. Automatic curtains and switches on both sides of the bed. Very good body wash, shampoo and toothbrushes. The auto toilet I'm a bit torn: I'm not crazy how it opens every time I go in the bathroom, but I love the heated seat and foot switch. Did I mention this place was clean?? I couldn't find any dust in any nook. They gave me very clear directions, a sweet map, complimentary drinks and snacks and even offered an umbrella when it rained. More hotels need to take notes from this one. They managed to take a small area in a nice 老街 community and really max it out. Will definitely be visiting again.

Great hotel and location

Room was clean and new. Not the biggest but it's comfortable and not a problem if you're going to be out most of the time anyway. All the staff were very friendly and nice. They have a nice area where you can have breakfast outdoors or indoors.
