Concierge was very helpful as well and helped us with our luggage. We didn’t meet the housekeeping staff but our room was very well-maintained and it was such a pleasure to come back to each night. "So well located and convenient, 3 blocks from Taoyuan MRT station entrance, to and from the airport is less than 65 minutes. Room is well-maintained, clean, comfortable with unlimited snacks, noodles and teas,drinks. Good sized bathroom and quiet rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby and MRT stations so near. What a perfect location and stay overall. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Lobby is huge and lots of space for meetings and conf calls. Will definitely be back."
