"I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip to Chongqing. It's an apartment - style hotel. The facilities are extremely complete. There are a fridge and a washing machine, which makes the stay really convenient. Hotel location is very accessible, with tourist attractions and food streets nearby. The staffs are incredibly warm - hearted. This accommodation experience was outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Chongqing in the future."
"Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever.
I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it...

"The room was excellent condition. Its gives a luxurious apartment feeling. The room comes with washing machine, dryer l, huge fridge, dish washer and kitchen induction stove. Well equipped. Service are tiptop and staffs are willing to assist whenever required. The location is centralised. Every tourist are very near. Food stalls ranging from restaurants and street food are also nearby. If i ever go Chongqing again i will book my room there. "

I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay nothing exceptional, but decent for a short visit."
"Overall was great, near to iconic places, malls nearby, multiple dining options, would definitely come back. The staff were great, the housekeepers are so nice, the butlers were great. We never told the staff that it was my friend’s bday too, but they probably checked the passports and found out and they provided a gift when we came back, it was so sweet.
