" I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. "I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip to Chongqing. It's an apartment - style hotel. The facilities are extremely complete. There are a fridge and a washing machine, which makes the stay really convenient. Hotel location is very accessible, with tourist attractions and food streets nearby. The staffs are incredibly warm - hearted. This accommodation experience was outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Chongqing in the future."

"Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever. I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it...

"Good sized room, clean, checkin and checkout efficient, not sure about the location as I didn't get chance to walk around much! Perhaps 15 minutes from the subway but didi is cheap enough. Used the place as a hotel rather an apartment so didn't need the kitchenette etc but it all looked decent."
