Very clean room, very friendly hotel staff, hotel location between shopping street and food street is wonderful. Many points of interest within walking distance. For other destinations there are always taxis available and metrostations nearby.

The room has a feel of a 31/2 star at the most. Be careful with opening any shampoo bag as there is a charge for it. The map is all Chinese and staff don't have sufficient knowledge of English and difficult to communicate.

洒店位置在商圈內超方便，往來機場可坐K01巴士到解放牌，步行約10-15分鐘，而洒店房間舊一點及燈光比較暗！希望改善一下。整體都滿意！

Excellent location at the heart of the city. The hotel concierge staff was friendly and helpful in providing useful information on getting to the airport. Though short, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Thanks for the hotel staffs

The receptionist was very informative. Thanks for her recommendation! I am able to visit the attraction like HongYaDong during the night and taste some nice local foods nearby. Almost top 10 foods are nearby especially if you like the MALA hotpots. This is really a heaven for food. The subway is within few street and it is very convenient for the back packer like me to access the airport.

Great Hotel Great Location

This is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in China so far half way through a holiday. The location next to the mall is excellent, theroom is spacious modern and clean and the included buffet breakfast was also excellent. The rate is reasonable so I would stay here again.

下雨天，一到就有工作人员套上雨伞套，并告诉我前台在七楼，前台服务热情，房间挺大，就是楼层不高，房间旧但算干净，房间挺大，有写字台有沙发，床也舒服，有水果，淋浴间有点小，花洒出水不够大，早餐丰盛，服务一般，酒店位置优越，出门就能逛街。

凌晨到达的，前台只有一位帅哥。服务态度不错。房间没有窗，很闷，想换房，但已经没房了。空调比较不行，两晚一直处于闷热状态。床垫过于软。客房服务不错，客房专门在我们出门回来时询问了要不要补充东西，打扫卫生。因为是单早餐，补了48元加多一份，价格在酒店中算比较低。但没什么好吃的，品种比较单一。如果还是无窗房大概不会再入住。但会尝试入住其他类型房间。地理位置实在很好，就在解放碑侧面。
