hotel. We were welcomed with chocolates and a gift bear, “George.” The lobby was very welcoming with multiple seating areas. There were complimentary apples in baskets on the different floors. There is a reading library and an outdoor garden, as well. Our room was very well appointed and comfortable. We could not hear our neighbors. The restaurant was excellent. The food was well prepared. "Here’s the deal. I spend over 200+ nights in hotels a year. Marriotts are my go to. This hotel was one of the finest places I’ve ever stayed in. I would serious choose this over a Four Seasons. Beyond clean, plenty of room, remodeled. Didn’t mention the heated bathroom floor? Staff from checkin to the bar were amazing. "

"We felt really comfortable here because the owner/managers were helpful, welcoming, lovely people. The hotel looks old and stylish and it is refurbished to a high standard. We chose a room with a jacuzzi bath which was great. It’s situated near the main road but we didn’t find it loud inside our room.
