"We stayed at Waterland Farm as a family of 9 (plus 1 dog) for a long weekend break and it was brilliant. The house is very spacious with lots of facilities, including a toy room for the kids, a PS /x-box and old-school vinyl record player. The outdoor area is massive and the kids loved the football goal and playground. As it states the field isn’t secure for a dog as there are open areas but she still enjoyed a run around. Overall a great place to stay and we would return! "

"A truly excellent and charming location. A charming, independent garden outside with a fire pit, table, and chairs. The interior is even more magnificent, well-maintained, and above all, equipped with everything you need... meticulously crafted. The table that converts to a bed was a simple but brilliant idea, the bathroom is enormous for a cabin, and the stove is truly wonderful. The only downside is the very narrow road leading to it; unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it... but it's definitely worth it!"

"Had a lovely week at this well equipped, clean and homely barn. Spacious, with several seating areas, high quality furniture and a lovely outdoor space which gets the midday sun. Would highly recommend. Need a car although can walk to the coast path. Only downside were the pillows which were very thin, but we didnâ€™t use all the beds so could stack spare pillows on top. Also to note that to get to the property you have to drive down a few miles of single lane track, was fine for us, especially as we loved the remote spot but aware some may not like."

"This beautiful cottage is set in a gorgeous location off the beaten track, it's fantastic if your looking for a quiet get away.It's set 3 mins walk from the coastal path so it's fantastic if you have a dog.The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and was impressive to walk into with it's character features and the owners were truly lovely and helpful with advice on local walks."

"A lovely cottage in a quiet location,easy to find with the travel directions provided by Anne.everything provided that you would need for a short stay including wood for the wood burner,towels and bedding ect.it really is isolated so a car is a must ,with hartland village with its 2 shops and 3 pubs about 5 minutes drive away.saying that we did walk to hartland quay in about 45 minutes where there is a lovely pub with stunning views.would most definitely stay here again."
