8.2/10 Very good! (110 reviews)
The room was small but had everything necessary. The walls were not soundproof, we could hear noises from outside during the night.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,782 reviews)
The hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable. It is located near an abundance of shops, restaurants and a train station. The buffet alone was worth the stay. Many hotels we stayed at claimed to have a 'western buffet' however, they were far from what Americans would expect. This hotel had the best buffet of all the hotels we stayed at in Japan.
