The rooms were well maintained, and the amenities met all our needs. For future travelers, I recommend booking early to secure the best rates and room options. If available, request a room away from elevators for a quieter stay. Be sure to check what amenities are included with your reservation and take advantage of any complimentary breakfast or shuttle services. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Hotel Sapphire. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with excellent amenities throughout. The bathroom was spotless and looked amazing, with a great shower and very clean facilities. As a traveler from Canada, I was particularly impressed by the level of cleanliness and overall quality. There were no bugs or bed bugs, and the hotel was maintained to a standard that reminded me of a Marriott hotel. Everything felt comfortable, safe, and welcoming. Hotel Sapphire truly felt like a home away from home. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mombasa and needing to stay in town."
