"Beautiful looking. Clean pools. Friendly and welcoming staff. Amazing white sand beach. Aggressive monkeys. Appalling food hygiene - got ill on 2nd day. Left on 4th morning when I was well enough to travel. Hot food not actually hot. Orange juice watered down so it was a pale yellow colour. Flies everywhere in the food pavilion in and around the buffet. A lot of food not covered. Salads etc not kept in cool cabinet, just out in the open. Tablecloths filthy and not changed while we were there....

"What I liked: the oceanfront room was exactly as advertised; beautiful stepping out to the porch and watching the ocean. The room was decent and comfortable. The water pressure and hot water was great. The size of the property is amazing, multiple pools, cleaned daily. The interior of the hotel, the reception area, all very nice. "FOOD IS EXCELLENT they are rigid when you receive guest who want to visit you.We were given specific few hours the guests can stay at the property and when you see them after 10 years . we were ready to pay for what they consume but made us uncomfortable . overall experience very good"
