"This place is nothing like what the pictures depict. Firstly, the service is shocking. The reception is not friendly, impatient and bordering on unprofessional. The rooms are unpleasant, bed sheets are visibly old, Mombasa can be hot but the room bar-fridge is disconnected. So you can forget about "

"This hotel is a fraud and with the cooperation and support of Expedia is stealing people's money. I booked and paid for a stay. Only upon arrival, the hotel refused the booking claiming they had no knowledge of the reservation and if fact no contract with Expedia. Now Expedia refuses to refund my money."

"Séjour absolument formidable et service exceptionnel tant dans leur gentille que dans leurs attentions. La maison est tout simplement magnifique. Seul bémol est la présence d’une eglise évangélique à côté qui a perturbé notre séjour. Il s’agit d’un espace non isolé dans lequel se trouve une sono et lorsque les personnes chantent ou crient, il est absolument impossible de rester dans la maison. Il y a eu un mariage puis une commémoration religieuse pdt 3 j’avoue que a été un peu préjudiciable....
