The hotel and staff were great. They provided transportation to and from the train station. Their breakfast buffet was delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was that the restaurants were not open for dinner. But there was a great okonomiyaki restaurant close by and a convenience store.

We were travelling from Ise to Katsuura and wanted to visit Ago Bay, which was just a short drive from the hotel. From what we saw in the area, it was one of the better hotels in the area. There are a few food places (i believe some are 24hours) and a convenience store in walking distance. The room was spacious compared to normal Japan hotels but abit old. Toilet was spacious and all amenities were provided. Staff were friendly and helpful.

スタッフの対応が良いです。 アメニティーも必要分はフロント前に置いてあり、人数分もらえます。 予約時、朝食はつけていなかったのですが 宿泊当日に変更のお願いをした所、快くつけてくれました。(別途費用はかかりますが)鵜方駅から利便性が良いので、またリピさせていただきます。

部屋は広く綺麗でした。大浴場も清潔でゆっくり入る事ができました。徒歩10分位で飲食店等もあります。全部屋禁煙で喫煙所が2階にしかないのは不便でした。スタッフの方は急な要望にも素早く対応してくれました。
