眺望がとても良く、英虞湾が部屋から一望出来るオーシャンビューでした。また、食事もとても充実して、美味しく、部屋で食べれるので、ゆっくりいただけました。また、行きたいと思います。

普通に宿泊者が廊下や階段で喫煙しているそのため館内全体がタバコ臭いまた部屋に料理が運ばれるため朝食後の廊下はその匂いに満たされる部屋のトイレが狭い廊下はまだしも階下の遊戯エリアの他客の騒いだ声が部屋にいても聞こえる朝7時から布団の上げ下げの確認の電話が入る食事の片付けのために終わったことをいちいち電話入れる必要がある最初の部屋入室時に鍵がかかっておらず他の宿泊者が入ったかもしれず安心できない電気ケトルの性能が悪い畳の擦り切れを放置しているスタッフの方が礼儀正しく丁寧だったのが救いだがあえて泊まる宿泊施設ではない

We had a fabulous and relaxing stay at this ryokan. The in-room traditional Japanese breakfast every morning with ocean view was fantastic and the entire staff team is very friendly and helpful. Highly reccomend for an affordable but authentic ryokan experience. Arigato gozaimasu!

また行ってもいいな、と思える宿でした。

家族旅行で利用させてもらいました。館内の古さは隠しきれないな、と言う印象でした。とはいえ各所は清潔に保たれており、共用部分のリフォーム等をすればさらに良い環境になると感じました。キッズスペースなども用意されており子供も満足していました。改善点としてはロビーのソファー、キッズスペースソファーを新しいものに、廊下や扉の塗装なんかも改善したら見違えるようにきれいになると感じました。料理は味、量共に大変満足いく内容でした。

Appreciate that there was a Taiwanese staff who was able to communicate with us. She was helpful too, helping us with recommendations on nearby restaurants as well as some refund. Breakfast is excellent! Room is spacious, clean and there is a nice view from the window. The only minor ‘negative’ is that the onsen door is unlocked all the time and I always worried some male may come in by mistake. Overall a pleasant stay.

仲居さんがフレンドリーでいい感じ

ホテルかと思って予約を取ったのですが、サービスが旅館だったので驚きと共に満足しました。とくに、朝食が部屋食だったのは嬉しかった。ただ、風呂、とくに露天風呂の造りが少し残念な気がしました。

非常好的體驗

服務非常用心、無可挑剔，裡面還有台灣人，給人有一種回家的感覺，老闆娘非常熱情還借振袖和服找我們拍照，非常謝謝他。內部海景房非常舒適，可以眺望英虞灣，下次一定會再回來住。
