The rooms were very clean and the staff was great! We stayed for 10 days and didn't ask for cleaning, but the staff left clean towels and room wear each night at our door. There is only 2 laundry machines, but there is a QR code to see when the machines are available to use which was very helpful. The detergent is included, so you don't need to bring your own. Very easy to check in and check out! We delivered our suitcases to the hotel from the airport. They unfortunately didn't allow us to delivery our suitcase from the hotel to the airport, but other than that, things were great!
