"Love everything about the hotel. The concierge was so thoughtful, asking whether we need a taxi ride. When we mentioned taking the bus. He then asked about our flight schedule and told us where to take the bus. Everything are thoughtful and professional. We are so thankful for everything, for their team especially Kamala, the housekeeper (from Nepal). Love her cleaning. It especially shows when we move to another room on another level. Thank you and thank you and see you next time when we returned to Hong Kong."

There is no bar in the hotel but on the 19th floor there is a massive lounge for guests to sit at. We don’t use the gym or pool this time but have done so previously."
