チェックイン当時、浴槽付の部屋の空きがなく、シャワーのみの部屋となったのがマイナス点。後日(といっても三日後…）浴室付に移動。経営者が変わったせいなのか部屋割りがうまくいっていない。但し、ここの従業員の対応は満足のいくものであった。今後も利用する予定。

全体的に古くお勧めしない。

シャワーと湯船の切替ネジが錆びていて、初日はシャワーすら浴びれない状況。WiFiは中国携帯の認証コードないと使えない。朝食は和食3種類かパンのセット。バイキングではないので選択肢は少ない。和食が苦手だと辛い。和食かあるので、日本人ビジネスマンは多い。部屋も全体的に古臭い臭いで快適とは言えない感じでした。 立地的には駅から近く便利。カウンターも親切な対応だっただけに、ホテル自体が残念だった。

房間不太整潔，有昆蟲。 洗手間有異味，感覺不夠乾淨，而且，窗簾壞了，那布不能拉。不過舒適度還算不錯，床鋪整齊舒適。

did not get to stay, many customs issues ,did not know had check point in hong kong also that was my stop first then I miss my flight and hotel did not honor my file for next day say don't have record and the office don't speak good English. so from hk to Shenzhen need customs again I thought all was same . I'm still stuck in hong kong with out a guide as of feb, 14th to get to Shenzhen china , but thanks

方便但整潔有待加強的酒店

由酒店大堂到房間都很殘舊 每次入房都覺得有種潮濕的味道 第一天剛到房間，一打開馬桶竟然有枝煙頭在水中飄浮 花灑不能拆出 水力不足 導致感覺上洗澡會不乾淨 但距離國貿地鐵站很近，鄰近大型商場及東門 酒店員工尚可，服務態度比想像中好亦樂意服務

安い分、愛想悪いが、コスパはバランスとれている。

フロントロビーの笑顔無く良くない為、チェックインから気分悪くなる。部屋は古いが機材は全て機能しており問題無し。１Ｆ和食レストランでの朝食は①焼きサバ②野菜炒め③茶漬け④トーストからの４択でどれも普通の味だが量は少なめ。どうやら少量が和食と思っているらしい。 まぁ全体的に薄暗くてサービスの悪い安宿だが、機材は問題無くコスパは取れている。

地下鉄駅から数分で便利。周辺は静かで騒音は少ない。朝食はホテル内の日本料理レストランで日本食が食べられる。出張としてお勧めのホテル。

就是一間普通的酒店~ 但早餐不好吃..房間不知為什麼也沒有了浴缸~ 殘舊~ 不過剛好鄰近車站 ~ 員工也算親切～　差點忘了說..WIFI根本就龜速...大部分時間連不到線....

Expected a bit more

I chose this hotel because of it's location, and the fact that it had a breakfast. The location is good, the green line metro is close by, and the pedestrian district is a short walk away. The room was ample size to sleep in, not more, not less. We had to change rooms after 3 days, since the ceiling starter leaking water in the bathroom. They got us a new room in no time. Tried to get a room upgrade, but we didn't get it ;-) The room was clean, and didn't smell of smoke at all. The view is onto the street, which is bit loud, as you have cars honking all day-night. But you have that everywhere in China, so that's not the hotels fault :-) The breakfast is not a Western breakfast, it's Chinese. Don't expect any breakfast items you would find in the West. This was a big hotel, so I thought they would have a gym, but no. Nobody at the hotel spoke English, which was weird considering that hotels are tourist destinations after all...
