"The hotel was very clean and modern looking. My room was also extremely comfortable. I did not find the privacy issues with the windows others have mentioned in some reviews I read. If I have any complaints, they are 1. When I stepped out into the hallway, it was humid and hot in the hallway, 2. The pool was broken, along with the sauna, but I guess I could have used the hallway except there would no place to sit. 3. There were landscape workers staying there in the hotel, which is not the issue. The issue is that they were having their party in the parking lot. ( loud music from their vehicles, some yelling, till 10:00 PM and their party continues later onto the night. ) So the question is, would I stay there again. Probably yes."

"In the evening when I check in on 10/12 around 8 it took her over 12 min ; the clerk was slow although I had a reservation, it was difficult for her. She send me to my room and gave me directions I usually stay at your hotel for convenience because is closer to my next audit location. So I’m familiar with the location. I realized in the room that I forgot my water bottle at work and I went to the lobby to see if there was free water or a cup. The clerk shouted from the desk ‘that’s not working until 6pm” everythibg is off so I asked her if there was water available with a MAJOR attitude she said for $2 and I said ok I have $2 but then she started going off with her attitude about hurry up get your water and gone get to your room, very unprofessional I decided not to buy the water. She said she didn’t care bla bla get out of her lobby, not sure if she thinks she can just smart off with certain customers but as a loyal customer I was offended by her actions and attitude. In the mornibg the white gentleman was super fantastic he said coffee is 24/7 and even got me a better cup and a lid he really went out of the way for my coffee and i checked out around 5:12 in the am. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give you a low score so please thank him for saving the day. Not sure why the African American lady had a problem , no need for the attitude."
