"The hotel in general was pretty good. Everything worked and was clean. The only issue was check-in. The guy that checked us in was very strange. He spoke super super minimally. When we went to our room it wasn't the type of room we paid an upgrade for. So we went back down and he says "your room isn't ready". He did not check with anyone. Since we complained he went and checked with cleaning staff. The room was indeed ready. This could have been handled many ways all of which start and end with communication. His lack of communication created more work for him and inconvenienced us."

"Such a warm and homey place! It had everything we needed for a comfortable, cozy stay and truly felt like a home away from home. The landlord was very accommodating, easy to reach, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was welcoming and relaxing, and made our time in Sitka even more special. It’s the kind of place that almost makes you want to stay in Sitka forever. We’d happily stay here again!"

"Simple apartment. It had everything we needed. Convenient location next to Mountain Harbor brewery and close to the Historical Park Totem Trail and the Raptor center. We borrowed the bikes and rode up to some hiking trails.They have laundry facility too but it was the start if our 3 week trip so not needed yet. Candace was helpful. Overall our stay was good."
