"The hotel in general was pretty good. Everything worked and was clean. The only issue was check-in. The guy that checked us in was very strange. He spoke super super minimally. When we went to our room it wasn't the type of room we paid an upgrade for. So we went back down and he says "your room isn't ready". He did not check with anyone. Since we complained he went and checked with cleaning staff. The room was indeed ready. This could have been handled many ways all of which start and end with communication. His lack of communication created more work for him and inconvenienced us."

"Check-in was seamless. Owners were very responsive. The view was better than advertised. Some of the outlets were inoperable but that is the only thing that was even mildly inconvenient. Its location made everything that I wanted to do within walking distance. I spent a fair amount of time just sitting at the window. Highly recommend. I live in a travel trailer so the shower was fantastic. Oh! And the water is very good. Kind of a water snob."

"The Hand soap and Lotion holder by the sink was off the wall sitting on the counter. The towel was a little used. Otherwise is a okay place to stay for a night."
