"Great location, friendly staff but the building maintenance is below par. The TV did not work, some of the electric plugs did not work, there was no hot water in the morning one day."

"The room was very clean and simple. On the rare occasion that it warms up over 60 degrees in Sitka there is no air conditioning they provide a fan. The bed was very comfortable and a college fridge is provided. The staff are very nice and accommodating!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was looking for a place central to everything in Sitka and this apartment did not disappoint! It was a delight to be able to walk to everything and cook my own meals. I hope to stay here again next year. I'd recommend to bring a sleep mask and earplugs during summer months!"

"Loved the property my sister and i really made a home for our ourselves for our four days in Sitka. Appreciated the extra touches coffee and hair care products and washer and dryer down the hall. The internet came and went but i guess thats Alaska. From the couch you can watch cruise culture crowds arriving in blue and green buses at. 10:00 am and the town desertrd by 4:00 pm. You must eat at Beak restaurant, have breakfast at backdoor cafe and hang out at Mean Queen. Fell in love with Sitka"

"Clean, quiet, good space, great location easy in easy out. Master bedroom mattress could use replacement, feels like you are falling off the bed all night. Soft but not much support left, foam topper makes it comfortable but there really isn't any structure left unfortunately. Overall another easy, clean, comfortable stay."
