最寄駅からは少し離れていますが、商業施設も近く環境は抜群です。フロントもオシャレで部屋にはウォシュレットもあり清潔でとても居心地の良いホテルです。上海滞在の定宿に決めました。

This was my second time staying here. Seems service has gone down a bit. Even the free snacks in the lobby seems to be poorer in selection and quality from before. Though the decor with the Oriental Theme is still nice. Location can be a little far from downtown Shanghai if most of your meetings are down that way. The one good thing is a new mall opened right next door giving more choice of F&B, Coffee shops and even a supermarket.

Super good service from check in to check out also very pleased with every staff being super helpful and have tea served welcoming us and we feel really grateful to have pick the hotel as it’s very convenient and the price is really reasonable!

Hôtel refait avec raffinement et sobriété. Juste déçue par la taille du lit annoncé comme « très grand » alors qu’il n’en faisait que 160. Peut être grand pour les critères chinois mais j’imaginais un lit plus grand de minimum 180.

Great location, near two metro stations with 10 minutes to jing'an and city centre. Great food nearby and the room was very clean and relaxing. Wifi was no problem and the staff were amazing, always helpful and understanding.

極差的住宿體驗。 第一天晚上到了房間就被取消，而且又被租出去。 現場要重新訂房，又只剩一間。但正個區域都滿房，旁邊的客人在大堂吵吵鬧鬧也是相同的狀況，只好把僅有的一間先訂下來，避免流落街頭。 前台的態度就是要住不住隨便你，也不協助解決沒有房間的問題。只好自己在花高價預定另一間酒店，造成一起出差，兩個同事住相差20分鐘車程的酒店，很麻煩。 從酒店到當地的訂房服務客服都踢皮球不處理。 回到房間才發現，系統6:45發了一封信請我跟酒店聯繫，確認是否要住 我7點到，房間已取消。 到了我到酒店的當下，我的系統訂房資料都是顯示訂房住宿確認。 我寫信到hotels.com,也只回覆我一個客服單號，至今沒人有進一步回覆。 這是目前為止最差的住宿體驗.... 沒有＋1
