"Basic necessities and good location for a first time to Shanghai but lacking any special amenities that set it apart: one regular coffee capsule and one decaffeinated capsule for two people, no smart TV, lack of quality protein options at breakfast. "

"Rooms arrangements was unacceptable. Reservations was made for 2 rooms but was assigned to 21 & 12 floors which required a different access cards. Such arrangements created significant inconvenience for my elderly parents who needs assistance. This set up made it difficult to support them and caused unnecessary stress for our stay. Your staff gave reasons as too many tour groups over weekend that made reservations 2 months in advance. My reservation was made 3 months in advance. "

"Room was spacious and the view was great. Cleanliness could have been a little better as we found d an old band aid in the tub. Amenities could have been more substantial given the price. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was nice and provided everything we needed including a loan of a curling iron and an early breakfast when we had to check out before breakfast time. "

"Perfectly located next to yu garden. So many wonderful shops for eatinga nd souvenirs nearby. The staff are exceptional and attentive to all of our needs. Staying here for four nights was a great experience with a small family."
