"This was my first Ryokan and all I can say is WOW. What an amazing experience. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. As someone that also works in hospitality, I've never stayed anywhere else in the world that treats their guest as well as they do. Everything from the room, food, and onsen was spectacular.
