Nice hotel. Handy.

Very nice spacious room and good breakfast area. Handy to Ritsurin Garden and the shopping arcades. The hotel was quite busy when we were there and the laundry facility was a bit overwhelmed.

New and very clean hotel. Staffs are helpful. It comes with free breakfast which was fairly good. The down side the elevator gets busy in the moaning so we had to wait quite a bit. Highly recommend!
