"Worst check in experience we’ve had in years. Didn’t call when room was ready, no help for bags. No carts and no available parking or loading/unloading. Disjointed property with many amenities closed. Elevator broken. Room hadn’t been deep cleaned. Had crumbs/dirt in the drawer w the hair dryer. "

"The staff was superb-very friendly. Way over priced for what you get. Felt something on my feet in bed-it was a CRICKET! The bed was comfortable, but the room felt run down and not sparkling clean. There was no soap by the sink and the AC made terrible revving noises all night. There was a flood in the kitchen area in the morning, so the staff cancelled breakfast. My husband and daughter were very disappointed. Breakfast may have redeemed the stay, as they are big breakfast eaters. I am not, so it didn't bother me. They should have at least put out bread and fruit in the lobby while they mopped. Would not stay here again. We've staying in nice places that were $60 a night, and this one was $230!!"

"Always a family favorite when in Scottsdale. Lots of space, extensive amenities, and proximity to everything. Owner always checking in to ensure the best stay and very understanding and forgiving of real life hiccups when/if they occur.We would/will rent this place every time we are in the area. "
