It was a great location, and the apartment was adequately clean, but not pristine, and starting to show wear. There were no windows to the outside, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. All in all I’m happy with the stay given the location, but it felt more budget than we paid for.

We stayed in room 11 top floor the apartment itself was clean and comfortable however the outside terrace was shabby and dirty cigarette butts, dirty ashtray, the furniture was dirty and some broken, gate did not shut properly. They offer free mini bar was not given, the icebox in the fridge needed defrosted. There is no common area which is shown in the pictures this is now used for staff. There is a reception area. I think Expedia need to show correct pictures of the outside space or take down the ones shown same for the common room. If free mini bar is no longer available please remove it. The apartment itself met our need for 3 nights as the location is great.

Great location. No towels in the room upon arrival. Since there is no staff onsite, someone had to be sent to deliver them a few hours later. The room is very spacious and comfortable.

Good location, walking distance from plaza de Espana and alcazar, just across the road from the river and lots of places to eat and drink. Compact apartment with everything we needed and a private roof terrace that was a little sun trap midday :-)

Unable to get clean towels after a few days, there is a fee. The rooms don’t get clean not even the trash. Other then that the stay was pleasant

The photographs on the expedia website was the main selling point to book this place, unfortunately the apartment looks nothing like the pictures. Very miseading and false advertising, don't know why expedia don't make any checks on the information. The paint was off the walls and gurniture. Had some mould on the windows and toilet. The toilet seat had issues, the toilet door won't and to add on you open the windows to find people drinking in open. The location was the only positive, hope companies like Expedia do some checks on what the companies says when advertising their properties. Really disappointed, don't fall for the pictures guys. It doesn't look anything like that. Reference flat 6&7

Quarto espaçoso e muito confortável ma cobertura. Estacionamento na rua bem em frente com uso de zona azul por app, o que permite ir renovando periodos mesmo à distância. À noite, a partir das 20h não é cobrado até as 8h do dia seguinte

Bruyant avec restauration rapide à proximité va et vient de scooters pour livraison jusqu'à tard le soir. A 7h30 le matin les travaux commence dans la rue. Logement triste et peu accueillant. Les avantages parking en face et proche des activités à pied. Je ne conseils pas cette établissements.

Avec la température de 40 degrés vécu en début juillet … la climatisation ne fournissait tout simplement pas . C’était très très inconfortable pour y dormir . La chambre est spacieuse et bien aménagé . Tout se fait à pieds facilement . Très bien situé .

Situation idéale

Un très bon séjour. Le personnel toujours disponible pour rendre service. Une situation géographique parfaite, tout peut se faire à pieds. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Le canapé lit manque vraiment de confort. L'appartement est un peu sombre, juste pour dormir ca va.
