Lovely and quaint hotel with comfortable beds and great amenities. Conveniently located in Plaza Santa Cruz, near main attractions, including Seville Cathedral, Alcazar and Triana. Martin was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location! Located in the quaint Sta Cruz neighborhood, nestled in one of the beautiful cobbled medieval alleys, abutting the beautiful Alcázar palace and gardens. Walking distance to important Seville landmarks. A very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. We loved our cozy suite at Suites Murillo plaza. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be there again though it is a bit far from Boston!

Love Seville!

We truly enjoyed staying in this hotel, however there were a couple of minor inconveniences that could have made it better. The TV never worked properly. The mini bar, although included was barely stocked with water which is what was of utmost importance, with extremely hot temperatures outdoors. Breakfast was available at an additional charge at the nearby sister hotel. The suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The location was great, but insist taxi drivers drive to plaza Alfaro (right in front of hotel) not Santa Cruz, which is a few blocks away. It had a well stocked mini kitchen with microwave and two burners. We would stay here again. Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Sevilla is a beautiful city with warm, welcoming people.

Perfect location!

Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and spacious for an older historic building. Don't miss ending your day with a lovely nightcap on the rooftop bar/restaurant. The staff were so kind and helpful. Our son uses a wheelchair so the location within walking distance to all of the touring spots was so helpful.

Very hard ti park there, I suggest if you are driving, make sure that vehicle is very small. Property is great, everything is amazing around that area. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The location is utterly perfect right by the entrance to the Alcazar gardens and the city centre. Access is safe and easy and there are restaurants nearby so would definitely recommend. Only drawback is the Hotel breakfast with the buffet being very unexciting but there are plenty of places to go for breakfast nearby.

The best corner in Sevilla, Balcon de Rosina suite

A landmark elegant beautiful Balcón de Rosina bedroom, so happy we chose the best room for 3 fantastic days. Feeling like princesses. The view, together with excellent service, spectacular location and elegant corner.

Love love Sevilla.

My daughter and I loved our stay in Sevilla. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. It was walkable to so many areas. I would definitely stay there again. We were allowed to check in early and we were grateful for it. Our interaction with the staff was minimal but they were super helpful.

The people who work there are extremely nice and helpful. The room is big modern and comfortable. The location is great. Unfortunately no international tv channels and we hear high pitch noise every time the neighbors are using water.

So glad I found this property. Very close to the Alcazar. Fantastically old and beautiful surroundings. Reception was manned from morning till I think 10pm at night (can't remember now). Very friendly staff. They actually communicated with me via the Expedia app prior to my trip and offered a transfer, which was great. It was a good price and the taxi driver was prompt, polite and messaged me beforehand to explain where he would be. Had a problem with my hot water but they sorted it out during working hours the next day and apologised. It was really nicely decorated inside the room and very spacious. Not the best view, I will say, but not that big a deal for me thankfully. Well-equipped inside with cutlery, washing liquid, etc. Not many takeaway places (or restaurants that offer takeaway, either!) nearby, so didn't use the kitchenette as much as I expected though. Still nice to have the facilities, as I didn't book breakfast and, also, wasn't used to the dining times in Seville. So, I used the kitchen to eat breakfast and snacks. Also, it had the perk (or so I realised later!) that a taxi could drive right up to its door, which was unusual for some of the hotels in the same area; other hotels had tiny alleyways leading up to their entrances, I saw! Would definitely recommend.
