Seville trip

Nice cozy hotel in a great location in Seville. There was an unexpected power outage one day but the management did their best to make us comfortable and they refunded one day stay as a compensation

Very good hotel in the heart of Sevilla

The location of the hotel is very good, close to Seville's attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel and the service at the highest level, only the breakfasts are sligthly below a 5-star hotel.

We had an excellent stay. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, especially the front of house team including Laura and Javier. Our room was excellent. The only small downside was that as our room was on the first floor it was a little noisy.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean and the bed so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Will be back

We stayed in a Suite and it was spacious and perfect for 4 friends on holiday. The hotel was a a great location and walked everywhere.

Great location. Front desk excellent but roof top and bar service needs improvement. Room needs some maintenance. More training of staff needed to be a 5 start. Overall a 4 star star experience. Not worthy the steep price.
