Amazing location! Walkable to everything. Just one note… the exterior room views above the Calle can get noisy in the early mornings when the public works are collecting the recycling. With that said, the Calle streets were amazingly clean every day. The street singers can be loud if you are trying to take a siesta. Over a great property! I would stay there again!

The property was excellent 5 years ago but this recent stay the hotel had lots of water damage so our bathroom was moldy and smelly. The front desk staff were not so hospitable except for Alejandro he was amazing. Love the location!

Go elsewhere, in need of major repairs.
Very cute hotel in a nice location. They gave no assistance pre hand with parking making arrival and check in a nightmare. You have to illegally park and walk to the hotel. I was then given instructions to parking that did not exist. Parking it what hopefully was acceptable but a good 10 minute walk from the hotel. Didn’t seem safe. The room was nice but freezing cold. The heat did not work and I froze all night long. The toilets didn’t flush, the bath tub facet didn’t work so I couldn’t use the bathtub. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, the phone to reception didn’t work and I had to wait at reception for 10 minutes in order to get one. The marble floors throughout are beautiful, however they don’t look like they have been cleaned in years. Someone was out vacuuming the hallway outside my room at 2am. They need to shut down and do a deep clean and major hotel repair. Until then they should not be offering 4 star accommodations.

The person that received us was so nice and the treatment so awesome. He walked us all the way to our room and showed us around. I would definetly come back again. This was my second time renting a room.
