"Exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Upon check-in, they upgraded my room for free and the Atelier Junior Suite was so beautiful and spacious. Really made for a relaxing stay. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is spic and span, and the staff spoke great English and were always so helpful. Location-wise, Hoehyeon Station is just a few steps away, so it was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again next time. "

"Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel. Our suite was very nice. It was conveniently located. But view from our room was a construction site. Couldn't see the N Seoul Tower. Cons: 1) The breakfast options was terrible. It was mostly carbs: waffle, noodle, fried rice, japchae, salad pasta, toast & pastries, etc. Not too many other options. 2) The water pressure from our shower was terrible. It took us forever to finish taking a shower. 3) The tiny washing & drying machine was a rip off. It took 2 hours to finish one load of laundry, and another hour to dry it. "
