"Revisiting Sequoia Ntl. Forest after 30 ish years I stumbled on this lovely rental on VRBO. Our host Martha was very responsive to any inquiries we had. As for the accomodations, where do I begin? The back story of how the owner built this cute cottage as an art studio is impressive. The attention to detail and special little touches in the cottage made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The log post detail built into the corner of the screened sunroom was such a perfect touch to bring the outdoors in. You truly can see that the owners wanted the cottage to blend in with nature. We enjoyed the hummingbirds, turkeys, Doves, Quail to name a few. Being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the water trickling through the ponds, frogs singing during late evening was a treat. We took everything in, the creek below the cottage, the proximity to Seqoia Ntl. Forest, hiking up to Case Mountain and exploring the falls, Kaweah Lake not being far from the property was a plus! It was such an enjoyable stay to celebrate my husband's 55th birthday. Thank you Rick & Martha for your hospitality! Our stay by far was one of our favorite stays. You have an amazing cottage We definitely will be back."

"Everything was VERY clean! That was so nice! And the bed was wonderful. So many vacation rentals have us sleeping in separate valleys with a mountain range running the length of the bed between us! Not this one… felt like a new mattress. Very much appreciated!Ozzy, the host, was very easy to communicate with and for the couple of minor questions that we had, he was super responsive.We loved seeing the deer, wild turkeys, birds and other wildlife from the deck and hearing the Kaweah River rushing nearby was a treat.A great stay in Three Rivers!"

"The Staff Person was very helpful and gave helpful suggestions to make our stay enjoyable. To help your guests, have enough towels and coffee for all assigned to room. Have Maintenance Staff pull beds out to clean under head of bed and the a/c unit. Overall, we would stay here again. Thank you for adding to our traveling experience."
