"When we first arrived at the property after a 4 hour drive the staff at the front desk wasn't too friendly we got to our room it was very dirty you could see the comforter was dingy and had black spots and the bed had little hairs and stuff in it there was cobwebs in every corner and bugs over the floor the carpet was dirty had food particles all over it the bathroom was dirty and It was very disappointed for my wise birthday visit to Sequoia National Park It was very disappointed for my wise birthday visit to Sequoia National Park"

"The location was the best of both parks. Best visitors center and walk to dinner. Kings Canyon was amazing. Easy trip to Sequoia hikes. The lodge was great. Loved tea and puzzles in the lobby. Nice big room with a great shower. We’ll be back. "
