"We only stayed one night and had tried to arrange for early check in but still had delays in accessing our room. We were able to book at the spa which was wonderful. Overall the comfort and location of the hotel was great and enjoyed the views.

"Very convoluted check in process. Not well maintained. Hard to enter the area before elevator, they have a weird facial recognition gate next to elevator with very little space. Pillow cases and sheets may be clean but were all stained and give impression of dirt. Strange to have hallway lights off on motion sensor lights (spooky feel) instead of a constant low energy light. Would not stay again unless very cheap, which it was. Did not use pool, so maybe that’s a good reason for the place. "
