"The hotel was very nice and clean. But staff not so helpful. Elevators were also very slow, the hotel is so big that people have to wait 10 min plus for the elevators. 4 star hotel but not so much the amenities since you have to pay extra for everything, including luggage hold."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff and the accommodations were excellent. Rooms were extremely clean and upgraded. It is no surprise that JAL has their crew stay at this hotel. It is located in area with plenty of food options. Our next stay in Seoul would be at this hotel!"
