"Overall, our stay was excellent in every respect. The only drawback was that the room was quite small. It would be helpful if the room size were displayed more prominently during the reservation process so guests can take this into account when selecting a room."

"Very great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious. The washroom was new and there was a washer and dryer inside the room, aside from other appliances such as stove, microwave, fridge (no dishwasher or iron). Everyday the cleaning staff cleaned up the room and left us water bottles. Overall very happy and would come back here if I'm ever in Seoul."

"Staff is their greatest strength. Thank you for the flexibility of adjusting our breakfast despite coming in really early before check in. There was a discrepancy in the Expedia detail - breakfast is only for 2 people even if 3 are allowed in a room but Aiden Kim was kind enough to listen and gave us free breakfast. Availability of airport shuttle was really helpful especially when our flight came in at 3 AM and all the trains and buses are still closed. Tours suggested by the hotel were excellent esp with direct hotel pick up and drop off. Well maintained hotel: housekeeping keeping our room clean and tidy with fresh towels everyday. Love the laundry. It has detergent already and easy to pay with Apple Pay. Has 2 massage chairs available while doing laundry is awesome. Gym well equipped compared to other hotels we have stayed. Needless to say location is best. My to go to in Seoul. Thank you for a great stay!"

"This was a great location/ walking distance to Seoul station, Namdaemun Market and lots of other great spots. The guest room was spacious and well laid out- great for traveling w 3 adults with lots of luggage. The lobby bar was also a restaurant so convenient for waiting at check in/out. Despite the bustling lobby, the room was quiet and windows well insulated from outside noise. The elevator speed was good (if you’ve stayed in Seoul before, you will know what I mean). I have stayed at many hotels in many neighborhoods in Seoul, and I will most definitely stay here again."
