In particular - Sean, Alice, and Jinny as well as others whose name I did not get. Would stay here again and recommend to friends."

"The free airport shuttle is a major plus. Also, the included breakfast was generous and of excellent quality with a variety of dishes."

"It was inconvenient because I had to wait too long for the elevator. And I entrusted it to dry cleaning, but it was a bit damaged, so I waved the laundry fee, but the clothes were ruined. But the staff were friendly. It was good because the location was within walking distance of Myeongdong, Insadong, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. I think I'll be staying there again next time."

"I understand this place is very cheap and maybe I should not have high expectations. But, I was underwhelmed by the experience. First morning I was woken up very early (6:30 or so) by the cleaner banging doors outside my room. While in Korea I worked at night so I would sleep around 4:00 am or so. Sleep was important to me. The staff did caution her and she woke me up around 7:30 the next morning in a similar fashion. Then there was constant noise with megaphones coming from a park of some sort in front of the hotel. I stayed here 6 nights so as you can imagine, I did not sleep much. Another night, a baby cried his lungs out right by my room. The walls are very thin. Room service was a hit or miss. Coke sometimes came with a glass of ice and sometimes it did not. The last night I ordered spicy ramen and got food poisoning so bad I thought I was going to die the next day. The staff was kind and attentive generally, but this place is definitely for those who are out early every day and barely spend any time inside the room. "

"This hotel is fine just awkward to get to. You cannot walk to it from the terminal and the shuttle bus is not very frequent. Taxis will not take you as it’s such a short distance. We ended up on the airport bus which went all around the terminal car parks before arriving at the hotel so takes 25mins for a 5min journey "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel was spotless, very comfortable, and in a perfect central location. Everything we needed was nearby, with so many shops and places to explore around the area. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. We also loved how clean and safe the surrounding streets felt. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"
