"Enjoyed the heated pool. Clean rooms. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Parking was easy. Breakfast was alright, could have been a bit better. "

"Hotel staff wasn't responsive at all, emailed them and tried hotel.com messaging also but nothing. Person at check-in was curt and not a bit flexible. Included breakfast was ok. Staff helped with vegetarian options. Used the thermal pool but no staff around the pool even though it was before closing time. "

The property is beautifully maintained, the staff is friendly and the food at breakfast and at the pool side bar exceeded our expectations (we went out for dinner). There were so many places to chose from in La Fortuna and I’m so glad I chose Casa Luna!"
