"Location is amazing with proximity to La Fortuna. It was the perfect distance for the feeling of safety with limited transit needed to get to attractions. The room was wonderful, no bugs, great AC, safe in room. The biggest disappointment was the shower head and water temperature. It sprayed everywhere and was not hot. Many more hooks around the spacious room would have been helpful for hanging damp or wet clothes. The soap products smelled amazing. The pool was lovely. We didn’t find any of the many hot tubs to be hot on our first night, but we did find one hot one on our second day. The buffet breakfast with eggs/omelets to order was amazing!! A truly wonderful dining experience with so many options. For dinner, we sat down and promptly left to go to town. There were no menu descriptions and the prices seemed extremely high. The town is not far and driving in the dark was not bad at all for such a short distance. L Options were far superior for us in leaving for dinner. Do not miss Tierra Mia or Restaurant Fortuneño. Would recommend and would return. "

"Excellent amenities and great cooked to order breakfast. Cute well decorated room with a very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Diego helped booked our tour to the cloud forest with a very knowledgeable guide. Short walk to the town center. "
