Had an amazing time here for our honeymoon. this private villa was a total dream! Super chill vibes, cozy setting, and the staff were like wizards making everything awesome. Loved the extra love they put into the details. If you're into low-key, romantic vibes, this place is a winner! 🌟

Lovely boutique hotel with amazing staff. We stayed here for 9 days and it was great. Room needs a bit of maintenance (some update to the shampoo rack, hand towel hangers would be nice) but nothing that really bothers. Floating breakfast is lovely. Strong air con and very close to everything. Best location.

Not as good as expected
The photos must be from when the villas were brand new. Currently, it doesn’t look this good. The pool could have been cleaner, the water unclear and green. Breakfast was not good.

Highly recommended. Excellent service
From the moment we pulled up to Ziva A Boutique Villas we were looked after by all the staff so amazingly well. Always smiling, helpful and efficient. We stayed in villa 3, which could do with a little bit of maintenance (bathroom vanity doors falling off etc) bu all in all we were very happy with our stay. We will definitely come back.

Location was pretty central but the entrance is on a parallel street to the main road, making the map location a bit misleading. The humidity has clearly left some wear and tear on the villa and needs renovation. The staff were responsive and cleaned twice a day but just superficial cleaning didn’t really make much difference. Breakfast was ok but only 1 coffee option which is not standard for the price of this villa compared to others in the same price bracket. Overall ok, but I think this is 30% overpriced based on current state of the villa.

The Villa pool in this property was really large running the whole length of the Villa. As it seperares the entrance from the Villa, it is really nice.

Family villa in Seminyak.
The three bedroom villa at Ziva was perfect for our family of six adults and one infant. Each couple had their own private space and private bathroom. Upon arrival, the pool was low on water, but was filled during our stay to give the waterfall effect and looked so much nicer. The pool was very large compared to other villas I had looked at. There were a few little things wrong - a cupboard not closing properly, the kettle not working properly and no air conditioner in the shared lounge room. The cupboard and the kettle didn’t bother us (we put a bowl on the kettle button to hold it down), but when mentioned to staff about the air conditioner, they quickly bought us a portable one for the room. The management and staff were wonderful. Always greet you with a warm smile and hello. Myself and my son had birthdays there and the staff brought in cakes and sang Happy Birthday. The in villa breakfasts were great. Beds are made every morning and then turn down service in the evenings. Bath towels and pool towels are changed twice daily. Our only regret was that one week at this villa was not long enough.

My wife and I loved our stay here. We went for three nights and couldn't fault the accommodation and service. The staff respected peoples privacy and it was awesome to have them come and cook breakfast in our outdoor area every morning. Definitely will be staying again and recommending to friends.

Ziva Villas had a pleasant checkin experience. We were promptly shown to our private villa and porters assisted us with our luggage and gave us a tour of the villas facilities. The villa is a little run down and showing signs of wear, but everything was in working order. We had a lot of mosquitoes on the first evening but when we notified reception they brought additional oil burners which seemed to help. The pool was lovely and clean and quite refreshing temperature wise which was nice on sunny days but too cold on overcast days. One thing which was odd was that reception advised on checking in that they could assist us with ordering food from local restaurants to have in our villa - when we tried to arrange this in the evening the person on reception would not assist with this and suggested we call the restaurant ourselves. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but considering the price we paid and the property's condition, I do not believe it's a 5 star experience.

You better choose another place for the same price
I would not recommend or stay in this hotel again. Some of the staff are not nice. Poor breakfast options. They only allow you to have one thing or another. They are not flexible. I was charged for one shampoo packaging that fell in the shower and broke accidentally. Its made of a very heavy material and breakable not functional at all. Lack of privacy in the toilet and shower.

Relaxing Villa in Seminyak with a lot of privacy
Lovely stay here with my family! The pool was awesome, the breakfast prepared in the villa was SUPER DELICIOUS! The egg benedict was awesome! Slight issues with the airconditioning in the rooms but this was quickly fixed by their technicians. On our last day there was some issue with the water in the shower and there was suddenly no water at all. Would recommend the maintenance team to check some of the facilities a bit more. The decor inside is brilliant and it was a very relaxing stay!

Lovely villa and staff
Our stay here was amazing! We loved the villa! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would come and make our bed every time we left the villa. Only thing I would change is more breakfast choices on offer.

Little gem in the heart of Seminyak!
What a little gem! We absolutely loved our stay at Ziva, The pool was huge for a 1 bedroom villa. The location was great within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Was very private. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property right in the centre of Seminyak
Our villa was great, it was very spacious and the pool is a good size. The staff were very helpful but they seemed to be under the pump with minimal staff on. Room service was great but breakfast could be better. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend anyone staying here.

Amazing stay at the ziva. We stayed at the 3 bedroom villa and we love the design of the place. Great pool, clean & modern interior. The only downside was there was no refrigerator at the common dining area/living room area. But other than that, everything was perfect!

Great stay.
It was a great stay for our honeymoon. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was big too! We are happy to stay here as we can have our very privacy space and the butler will not come and knock the door for cleaning during day time. They would only come in to clean the room when we are going out. We also love the in villa breakfast and afternoon tea. It was a great stay there. At the same time, the location is also very strategic where we can reach the seminyak shop lots just minutes away.

Very Nice Villas - Modern stile
The Villas itself are very well kept, clean and with modern stile. The service cannot be compared to a 5 star hotel, as the people do not have the training that a 5 star hotel can have for their people, but they really try to do the best to their knowledge. The breakfast is nice but definitely could be way better, specially with the unique experience of having the breakfast being served at the Villa, again it all comes on training.

3 bedroom Villa - superior stay!
We stayed 5 nights in the 3 bedroom Villa. Master bedroom was massive! Could easily fit 2x single beds in addition to the king bed. Service was fantastic. Property always clean and well maintained. In house dining was very well priced. We booked on a low season deal and got good value for money. Excellent location - short walk to Jl. Kayu Aya. Swimming pool was great for laps - 14mtrs x 4mtrs. Rack rate is normally $800 per nt which is hard to justify unless you have all 3 bedrooms filled (3x king beds). We were a family of 4.

シンプルだけど十分すぎる大人のための静養地
スミニャックの中心地から通りを１つ隔てた所にありながら、ヴィラ内に入ると驚くほど静かな環境にあり、ロングステイを楽しまれる方には大変お勧めです。観光地の中心部にあるので治安も良く、毎日早朝に散歩を楽しんでいましたが、不安に感じる様な事は一度もありませんでした。朝食は量も十分でおいしく頂きました（特にフレンチトーストは絶品）余った朝食は快くラッピングしてくれてオプショナルツアーのお弁当として持って行きました。

時間帯によってWIFIがつながらない時がありました。 それ以外は朝食もコンチネンタルから和食まで5種類から選べてしかも美味しかった。 毎日アフタヌーンティーのサービスもあり（時間が16：00～18：00と少し遅めなので夕飯に差し支えたりします）とてもゆっくりと寛げました。 オべロイ通り・スミニャックスクエアにも徒歩圏内で立地もよかったです。

만족했습니다
직접 보니 사진만 보던것과는 다소 느낌이 달랐지만.. 만족스러웠습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 풀도 넓은 편이고 좋았습니다. 헤어 드라이어같은 몇몇 용품이 다소 낡은 감은 있었지만, 서비스는 만족스러웠습니다.
