Great location

We found the villa very comfortable and the location was really great, so close to Bintang supermarket for supplies, but still very quiet. The breakfast menu is really good with plenty to choose from and always hot and on time. The staff are so nice, always ready to help. Really enjoyed our stay.

Although the accommodation is a little dated, the location, spacious layout, backyard, and pool more than made up for it. The staff were outstanding — friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The pool in the four-bedroom villa was incredible — large, beautifully maintained, and an impressive 1.9 meters deep. Having such a generous backyard space in Bali is a real luxury, and Downtown Villa offers plenty of it. The lush green lawn and large gazebo daybed were perfect for our family to relax and unwind. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

We had an amazing stay at the villa! Daily cleaning was available whenever needed, and everything was spotless. The pool was always clean and inviting. We especially appreciated the powerful air conditioning and the modern Smart TV, which made relaxing indoors super comfortable. Highly recommended for a perfect Bali getaway!

Staff were amazing, couldn’t do anymore for us during our stay! The villa was great, really private, tidy and specious. 100% recommend and if we return to Bali we will definitely stay at downtown villas again! Also in great location close to shops and restaurants!

My partner and I recently spent 9 nights at Downtown Villas in a one bedroom deluxe villa with a private pool. The villa was clean and modern, and the pool was amazing! We had breakfast included in our package and the food was delicious. One of the best parts of our stay were the staff, who were friendly, helpful, accommodating and kind. They also offered a laundry service for a great price! We felt very safe with 24/7 security at the front entrance of the complex. The location is perfect, in central Seminyak with the Bintang Supermarket only a 3 minute walk. There are shops nearby and many great places where you can eat and drink. We highly recommend Paradise Lane Sports Bar, Bloom Cafe and Restaurant, The Bakers Bistro and The Goat Central! Downtown Villas exceeded our expectations and we look forward to our next stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Downtown Villas in the 4 bedroom villa. It was spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful. The daily breakfast was delicious. Loved the pool area to hang in the afternoons after busy mornings out and about. Very handy having the Bintang Supermarket at the end of the laneway. Great location for shopping, massages and eating out. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay here with free breakfast every day, friendly staff and they even did laundry for us! Would highly recommend this place. However, be aware outside the spa does fill with ants so you need to fill it to empty the pumps to get the ants out then clean after for use of it. Dont forget mostiquo spray, we did our but still got bitten. Not a lot that can be done though! Staff were super friendly with bug spray etc!!

Our deluxe single villa was very clean and generously sized. The pool was smallish, but good for a quick splash in. The staff were very helpful, friendly & pleasant. The location is excellent and the villas are super easy to find. The Bintang supermarket is about 150m away and handy for supplies/ snacks/ drinks. There are loads of great bars and restaurants close by. Well worth it if you're after a peaceful get away as a couple.

Downtown villas was perfect for my first stop in Bali. The villas are located right off a Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from within very easy walking distance. The villa is a bit dated and could use some minor repairs, because of this, it didn’t look as clean as newer more modern accommodations do but the rooms were made up daily and the staff did a great job keeping g them clean and tidy. The pool was cool and nice and deep and the sundeck was private. I would highly recommend a stay here and would happily stay on my next visit to Bali,

This property served it's purpose, a one night stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room and exterior of the room did not look as nice as the photos. I would recommend if you are only staying in the area for a night. It's modern but it doesn't meet the aesthetics that I normally look for. It's a descent property.

Absolutely gorgeous. Could not recommend enough. Staff so super friendly and thoughtful. Villas absolutely beautiful. Pool clean and refreshing. Bed massive and very comfortable. Even though it’s just off the busy main road, there is zero traffic noise from the villa. Across the road from Bintang Supermarket, so convenient to purchase any living items you need. Only thing is that the walls are a bit thin, and if your neighbour is watching a loud movie until 3am, you can hear it. Luckily a quick call to the front desk sorted that out 😊 Can’t thank you enough 🙏

Staff are friend. Locks of two rooms were broken and weren't fix during our stay. Advised the people who hired before us jammed the key in the lock and had no time to fix it. We locked ourselves in our room lucky we have phones of our other guest who came and open it from outside.

The only thing we had trouble with, we left our medication in the draw near the bathroom and when we left we realised we left it there. They said they couldn’t find it. When we know it was in the draw. So was not nice and unhappy with that.

Villa was mooi en ruim. Ontbijt was elke dag erg goed! Er werd elke dag schoongemaakt, maar netheid kan iets beter. Locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van het strand en meerdere shops, restaurants, ATM en supermarkt. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad! :)
