We loved our stay at Ulin Villas, they were exactly as the website pictures showed, the pool was a great size and the room beautiful and the location very quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts were fantastic and their included afternoon tea was a lovely surprise. Add to that the great location just two minutes walk from eat street, a grocery store opposite and surrounded by plenty of massage salons, we couldn’t have asked for more

This place was amazing. We stayed here for two weeks and it was a luxurious experience! Breakfast was brought to the room every morning and was delicious. The place was absolutely beautiful and perfect! The staff members were very kind and ensured that the place remained clean. The pool was so nice to soak during the hot day. The staff were lovely! They were very attentive and always made sure we were looked after. We are we also in the best location and didn’t have to walk to far to get to all the places we wanted to go! To top it all off the picture of the villas don’t do it justice, when you walked in it felt like a little pice of heaven, I would bight recommend booking your next holiday here!

Perfect place to stay if you enjoy Seminyak main drag, only 600m from Mana San, 200m from La Favella, 400m from the main shopping centre and 800m to Mexicola. This is especially good if it rains! Grocery store nearby, literally opposite the Villas.

Nice and a well kept property, nice views of the surrounding forrest as well. Ammenities are underwhelming , the property is isolated from Ubud and a car/bike is required to travl(20 minute travel). No shuttle provided by the property, not the best value for money in my opinion.

We were in a single villa. It was nice and private with not alot of noise. Great place to come back to after a busy day out. It was always cleaned and sprayed daily. Staff are very friendly and helpful and respectful of your privacy. Breakfast was provided every morning at requested time. The Villa is close to everything, Restaurants, Shops etc. Very convenient and all within walking distance. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay here and would 100 percent stay here again. Overall good property for families that is very close to the night life, restaurants, Petitenget beach and Seminyank square. Property is a bit run down with AC dripping, lights not working, etc but the staff is very accommodating. Breakfast served in the villa is a nice touch. Mosquitos!!! But could be an issue with the area. Buy a few plugins repellents to be safe. They will spray at night and repellent coils outside. Spacious room and nice clean bathrooms. Would stay here again.

Best of all worlds

This was simply the best find. Close enough to everything - far enough to give complete stillness and tranquility when you stepped back into the haven of the impressively spacious villa. I found it hard to leave the pool to venture out. So relaxing - and the food was delicious, thd additional surprise of the substantial complimentary daily afternoon tea topped it off. Spa treatments on site too - recommend the warm stone therapy. Delighful staff. Best location. Incredible value. We are booking again for more than the wonderful six days we had this year.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ulin Villas. The staff was amazing. Very helpful, polite and always on time when delivering food which we very much appreciated. Great communication too. The villa itself was also great. Clean, spacious and very private. The bed was big and comfortable, with various pillows, an essential aspect of having a great night's sleep. The villa was located in a very quiet location but at the same time very close to the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. As fussy as we are everything was perfect. We will definitely be back :).
