A little rundown property, not so clean, you can see molds in many area of the house. Amenities are okay, had to run around asking for a hair dryer at night. Also with high price we paid, you would expect the “floating breakfast” as shown in photos on the hotel listing here for your “private pool villas” but no, apparently you have to request for it before hand which no-one told us about that. Maybe take the photo down from the listing if that was not what you offered?

This is the perfect location within a 2-minute walk to the beach.. you have your own private pool and around the 5,000 square foot Villa. They come in each morning and make you breakfast at the time you specify. I could not be happier.

The staff was great in person and the villa was beautiful. BUT they had difficulty keeping the water on in our villa. Not sure what the exact issue was but our water for the restrooms and showers wouldn’t work for 4/5 days we were there. Sometimes they would fix it quickly other times not so much. Also other travelers be aware there is only AC in the bedrooms not the whole villa. It didn’t bother us much but it would’ve been good to know.

Great location on the beach!

Nice stay at these villas. Great location and friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is another air conditioner in one of the main areas. It was quite hot in the home :) otherwise, it was a great stay and I’d definitely stay there again.

Nice relaxing holiday

The villa was a nice relaxing accommodation. The private pool was so nice to have! Overall, the villa was in good condition but there were some things that were worn (a very dirty toilet seat on the first floor) and the lack of AC in shared spaces would definitely be a pain during the hot summer months. The breakfast cooking in-house was a great touch. The beach 3 mins from the villa wasnt that clean, but I was looking for a more peaceful time at the pool anyway! Special thank you to Linda who helped me find a store to fix my phone screen.

Great villa

The villa was great there were just a few very minor things that could be easily implemented, to warrant a score of 5. Such as towel rails or ladders in the bath room as there is no where to hang wet towels after your shower. The pool was great albeit a little difficult to get out of if your short in stature I suggest little kids couldn't get out a ladder there would make it easier. The only other concern was the cleanliness of the dishcloths used to wash the dishes,I through one in the bin but the one used and left in the sink the next day was just as bad. The staff were very friendly and helpful that said things did get lost in translation. I would go back and hope to see these suggestions implemented.

ビーチに近い、隠れ家の様なVILLA

【利用期間・目的】 期間 2015年8月10日〜14日 目的 家族旅行(夫婦、高校2年生男子と小学6年生男子) 【ロケーション】 スミニヤック北端orクロボカン南端の海岸沿いなので、それなりに奥まった場所にあり、BLUEBIRDTAXI(地元で勧められたメーターTAXI)の運転手も知らない人もいました。英語の名刺ではなくインドネシア語の名刺があるといいのかも… 確かに海に近い、但し、海岸の間に私有地があるので、見渡す限りの海は望めません(2階から)。4つの区画がありますが、現状は「roomB」の展望が良さそうです(私達家族はroomA利用)。 このエリアの海は波が高く遊泳禁止なので、散歩や日焼け目的ならOK 海岸沿いには他のVILLAのカフェ？やビーチクラブはありますが、利用しておりません。 また、徒歩1分程に小さなコンビニがあるので、飲み物や軽食はそこで調達しました。 【フロント】 英語が出来る方が常駐(但し深夜は未確認)しているので、不自由はしませんでした。 【部屋(roomA】 1階にメインダイニング、リビングと2ベットルーム、2階にリビングと1ベットルーム、3階はパティオ(？というのでしょうか)があり、各ベットルームにはエアコン、バスルーム完備しており、大人3組迄は充分収容出来るスペースがあります(日本人感覚で)。1階から2階への階段の最初の1、2段の段差が揃っていないので、特に2階から降りてくる時はご注意。 【プライベートプール】 roomAは端の区画のせいか、プールが半月状になっているのはご愛嬌。3〜4人位で水浴びする程度でしょうか？深さは2段になっているので小学生位なら大丈夫。プールからの展望は外壁に遮られて全く見えません。 【周辺】 道は狭く、バイクだらけでしたがレートの高い両替所やレストラン(HOG WILD IN BALIというバーベキュー&ハンバーガーレストラン、バリ料理ではないが美味しいですよ)は徒歩10分内でした。スミニヤックの中心部にはTAXIで行くのは必須です。

완전 넓고 좋은 빌라

2박을 묵었는데 빌라는 원배드룸 신청했는데 3층짜리 독채를 사용했답니다. 빌라 내에는 수영장만 딸랑 있는게 아니고 앞에 정원처럼 공간이 있어서 풀장도, 정원도, 빌라 룸도 엄청 넓었어요. 룸도 깨끗하고 정원이랑 수영장도 관리가 잘되있고 와이파이도 잘터지고 조식도 맛있구요 불편하거나 안되는게 있으면 직원들이 바로 와서 해결해주는 등 서비스도 좋았어요! 해변이 가까워서 파도소리도 들리고 한적하고 조용해서 좋았는데 스미냑 스퀘어나 번화가쪽은 좀 멀어서 택시로 가야하고 주위에 식당이 좀 멀어서 나가는게 힘들긴했어요. 그래도 바로앞에 편의점, 식당이 하나 정도씩 있었네요. 저희는 빌라의 공간, 해변과의 거리, 청결도, 조식 등이 최우선이었는데 그점에서는 완전 대만족이었습니다! 다음에는 친구들과 여럿이서 놀러가고 싶네요~

Paradise on the beach

What an amazing villa. My husband, my two kids and I had a fantastic time here. Set on the beach, the sound of crashing waves lulled us to sleep. The villa is extremely well appointed with two huge sitting areas that can be closed off from the mosquitoes, which is a big plus in comparison to many luxury villas. We loved the breakfasts, cooked by the staff in our villa at a time chosen by us. They cleaned up and left us to enjoy the yummy meal, then retured to clean when we were out exploring Seminyak. A lovely very private pool meant bathers were optional ;)We felt very spoilt staying here. I would recommend it to anyone.
