"Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning."

"Worst stay I have ever had and I’m not Picky. Slept on top of bed covers. Used a hoody over the pillow which smelt stale. The bedding looked tidy till I got in and smelt like someone else needed a wash. I should have left when I entered the room and it smelt like a Smokers room. Really disappointed with it. "There was a strange smell in reception when I arrived. Staff were friendly enough, but despite checking in online they wanted ID to prove my age (which I didn’t have as i hadn’t realised/read I needed any). The room was recently refurbished and therefore in good condition - basic but really good value for money! Only issue was that it was noisy - I was room 1 which is next to reception and I could hear everything the staff were saying, as well as noise from the corridor."
