Bir gün odamı temizlemeyi unutmuşlar.. akşam en azından telafi ettmelerini istememe rağmen çalışanlar sadece temiz yorgan ve çarşafı odaya getirip gittti. Kendim yaptım değişimi. Sanırım yeni. olduğu için aksamalar yaşadılar ama yinede telafi edilebilirdi. Banyoda duş aldıktan sonra bütün banyo su oluyordu. havlularla engel olmaya çalıştım sürekli."

"كانت إقامتي في فندق Green Palmiye Hotel رائعة جداً. الخدمة كانت ممتازة والموظفون متعاونون ولطفاء للغاية. الفندق نظيف جداً ومريح، كما أن موقعه مميز وقريب من وسائل النقل مما جعل التنقل سهلاً جداً. السعر كان مناسباً جداً مقارنة بمستوى الخدمة المقدمة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان الإفطار ممتازاً ومتنوعاً. قضيت أسبوعاً ممتعاً للغاية، وبالتأكيد سأعود للإقامة مرة أخرى في المستقبل القريب My stay at Green Palmiye Hotel was wonderful. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and its location was great, close to public transportation which made getting around very easy. The price was very reasonable for the level of service provided. In addition, the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices. I spent a very enjoyable week and will definitely return again in the near future. "
