Many thanks to the reception personnel. I arrived in the morning, with the idea to just drop my luggage to head to the show. They instead have let me check in and immediately brought my suitcase to the room. Very helpful and customer oriented, and really appreciated. Next yo the outstanding service, hotel is brand new and we'll kept. Great stay.

The property’s nightly rates, along with the prices for juice, water, and other items, are quite high, especially considering that Esenyurt is one of the more economically modest areas in Istanbul. It would be advisable for them to take the local area into account and adjust their pricing accordingly.

Sheraton İstanbul Esenyurt’ta genel olarak memnun kaldım. Oda son derece temizdi, otel sakin ve dinlendirici bir ortama sahipti. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Konfor açısından da beklentilerimi karşıladı. Ancak küçük bir olumsuzluk yaşadım: Odaya buz ve tabak talep ettim, fakat bunun için ekstra ücret talep edilmesini gereksiz buldum. Bu tarz temel taleplerin ücretsiz sunulması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bunun dışında her şey gayet iyiydi. Genel olarak memnun kaldım ve tavsiye ederim.

Düzenli olarak seyahat eden birisi olarak Sheraton İstanbul Esenyurt otelden çok memnun kaldım. Konumu kimi için çok iyi olmasa da benim için oldukça iyiydi. Odanın temizliği, çalışanların güler yüzü gayet memnun ediciydi. Olumsuz diyebileceğim tek nokta; sabah erken saatte uçaktan inmeme (bunu rezervasyonda da belirttim) sabah erken check-in yapmama olanak sağlamamaları olabilir.

I was rudely waken up by front dest at 1:40 am

The first day was like a nightmare. Was miss treated by residence side manager and later was called at 1:40 was rudely waken up because they felt like they had to explain to me the situation.
