"This is perfect place if you visiting istanbul for Tuypa center which is around 10 minutes drive, or 30mins walk. It has ample local restaurants to choice from , I could not find a restaurant which sells alcohol with food , but you can be purchased from very limited numbers of off licenses and consumer in the apartment, also has 'File 'supermarket and others local indpendant shops around. Mohammed is really friendly and can't help you enough. Check out the indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room...

"PROS: clean fridge, stove and dishwasher, comfortable bed, iron and board provided, working air conditioner, working elevators, 24 hour security, nice big screen TV CONS: dirty linen not cleaned from previous guests, 2 pancake flat pillows, had to buy own pillows and linen to survive first night, only 1 bath towel, host provided clean linen and bath towel next day, water in shower flowed away from the drain causing flooding, filthy toilet, couch and carpet heavily stained, vacuum cleaner jammed...
