"Terrible breakfast. Don't listen to reviews that say the breakfast is good. As of April 2026, breakfast is bare minimum. Coffee is very weak - worst coffee I've had in a hotel. Service is also bad. Requested towel change and was told that was on their regular schedule. Returned at 8pm to dirty towels and no change. Thank goodness the price was cheap. Beds were comfortable and pillows good. Bedding was clean but had stains and tears. Hotel CHARGES you $100 and then refunds in 7 days - seems like kind of a Ponzi scam?"

"It was a great and pleasant 3 nights. I travel a lot and when I arrived check in was very quick and straightforward. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. "We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a long Thanksgiving weekend. The unit was very clean and cozy, our kids enjoyed each having their own bedrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. Not only was it near our family members who we were visiting, but it was also within a 3-5 minute walk from some of our favorite restaurants in Warren: The Guild, The Waterdog, Wharf Tavern, etc. And the owners were very responsive to any questions I had, so it was all a very positive experience, one that we look forward to repeating on our next visit!"

"We Rented the entire house. It was immaculate on arrival and well provisioned. The layout was great for our reunion needs, as the individual units provided privacy and separation, while all being easily accessible internally.Everything we needed was within close walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and playground for the little ones. Several parking spots are provided with the house and there was also ample street parking available.We highly recommend this property and will book it again if we have a similar need come up again. We only had a few interactions with the the hosts, but they were very prompt and helpful in responding to our queries."
