"Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was clean but the floor was a bit dirty. It didn’t affect our stay though. The bed was comfortable. The bedside lamps had usb plugs that didn’t work and there was limited space to plug in phone chargers in the extension cord. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, opting for the beach instead. Check-out was easy as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. "

"The house and area were beautiful. Loved watching the boats go by. Everything we needed was available to us. We had a fantastic time. Tom was very helpful for any questions we had about the house or local restaurants. It was a great vacation!!"

"Booked the 2 bed suite stayed with my son and wife I had a better stay this time around was comfortable and quiet theirs 2 things that could be done to make the room a little better would be to have a table and a chair in the room if u have food u have to eat it on the bed or if ur in college or have a kid with school work their is no table or chair to sit and write or eat with a lot of open space in the room a table and chair would make the rooms a lot better or desk like setup and the only other thing I didint care for was they accept pets but if u have a pet you have to book a smokeing room me being a non smoker and traveling with a kid even tho their is no smokeing in the room but smoke sticks to mattresses and walls residue etc its kinda inconvenient to have to have a smokeing room if u have a pet with u being I had a non smokeing room I couldn’t bring my pet with me I have stayed at 5 star hotels no smokeing rooms with my pet such as the Omni down town providence Hampton in quality inn I never lost or never not received my deposit back I always get it back most hotels that allow pets don’t have smokeing rooms I prefer non smokeing rooms because I am a non smoker and don’t want my kid sleeping or pet in a room that has previously Ben smoked in was just a small Inconvenience my pet never trashes rooms I travel with a small vacuum and a litter box and litter anytime I bring my pet with me but besides the table and maybe allowing pets in non smokeing rooms I enjoyed my stay"

"I recently stayed here while working in the area for a few days. The place is clean and in a fantastic location. Lots of good dinner options to go to in-person (walking or quick drive) or order in. Also very close to water and bike path if you want more than sidewalk exercise. Owners were very responsive via text and email and addressed any questions I had very quickly. Despite working in Taunton, I chose to stay here (45 minutes away) because of the location--access to water and restaurants--and I'd stay here again should work bring me back to the area.Note when checking in there is an outer door (with a key code) and an inner door (with a separate keycode). On top of that, there's a lock box (with yet another keycode) that contains a physical key for the inner door, if needed. This took a few minutes to figure out and we saw another group checking in to the 2nd floor apartment also confused by the door/code access process."

"We stayed here for our daughter’s college graduation at Wheaton College. We had a total of eight adults. We left the grandparents on the first floor so they would not have to deal with stairs that were a bit steep. Our adult children stayed in the second floor and then my husband and I had the top floor. It was perfect for us to escape to, and everyone had their own privacy.Communication was easy with the host. The house was really clean. The location was also perfect. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. And there was always parking available for us (we had 3 cars between all of us and only once did we use the gravel spot next to the house). We would totally rebook here if we came back to the area. Highly recommend for larger groups that also really like some private space."

"We are from RI originally and often stay in Warren or Bristol when we visit. Unfortunately, there were many issues from the start with our stay. Communication was fast, but we did not have the check in details and I was scrambling to get that sorted as we were driving from the airport; then when received, things were not clear as there are 2 buildings, east and west. We were trying to access the wrong unit. The code for the outside door took time to work. We had issues with wifi where only I could access it and not my partner since I had booked the stay, but they provided another wifi for him to access. We enjoy warm cozy spaces and this was not it. There was not much lighting in the kitchen area. Things were more sparse and cold. It is loud, but we knew that would be the case given its location on Main St. For us, we have just learned that homes rented out by individuals versus rental companies makes all the difference as far as those thoughtful touches and warm accents to a space. Location is great as far as walkability into Warren area restaurants and bars. Just know that if you are looking for warmth and coziness, this isn't the place. "

"Maybe I’m getting too old. Or maybe I’ve lived in the quiet suburbs for too long. This place reminded me of an 18th Century mill town boarding house. A 150 year-old, 5-unit wood framed structure, where not a single door, window or floor board was plumb. The stairways are so steep and narrow, it would give a mountain goat a challenge. And forget about carrying anything larger than a nap sack up the stairs at one time. If you don’t mind being kept awake by children running back and forth for hours or people waking up at 4:30 AM and stomping around in work boots for 45 minutes as they prepare for the day, perhaps the constant hum of street traffic is your preferred source of anxiety. "

"We loved everything about this location! Distance from the airport as well as distances from. Newport and Providence! One small suggestion would be to add a railing along stairs to upper level bedrooms (stairs are just a bit steep). Otherwise, everything was breathtaking and gorgeous! My favorite times were awakening to the birds chirping along with rabbits hopping through the yard, with majestic sunrises easily viewed from the balcony!! Great place for a getaway!!"
