"Room was clean on arrival, they accommodated my late arrival with an easy email to notify them a few days prior. Cleaning crew came by when I was still in my room and when I stepped out she was nice enough to ask if I needed servicing. Cannot comment on breakfast as I did not get up early enough and however I could smell it in the mornings and say some stragglers chowing it up in the morning. For a 4 star cheaper hotel it did just fine and everyone was very pleasant "

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a long Thanksgiving weekend. The unit was very clean and cozy, our kids enjoyed each having their own bedrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. Not only was it near our family members who we were visiting, but it was also within a 3-5 minute walk from some of our favorite restaurants in Warren: The Guild, The Waterdog, Wharf Tavern, etc. And the owners were very responsive to any questions I had, so it was all a very positive experience, one that we look forward to repeating on our next visit!"

"We Rented the entire house. It was immaculate on arrival and well provisioned. The layout was great for our reunion needs, as the individual units provided privacy and separation, while all being easily accessible internally.Everything we needed was within close walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and playground for the little ones. Several parking spots are provided with the house and there was also ample street parking available.We highly recommend this property and will book it again if we have a similar need come up again. We only had a few interactions with the the hosts, but they were very prompt and helpful in responding to our queries."

Lots of excellent coffee shops and fine restaurants for dining for breakfast, lunch or dinner on waterfront a short walk away. "
